Legal
Terms & conditions
These terms apply to your use of this website and to consultations you book through it. Website and services are provided by Resonance Insights GmbH, Gutenbergstraße 1 – Entrance B, 23611 Bad Schwartau, Germany, under its brand “Rerouted Health”; the services are delivered by Amanda Alcodia, Patient Advocate. Full company details are in the legal notice (Impressum).
The service
Patient advocacy here means education, preparation, and navigation support: helping you understand the healthcare and insurance systems, organize documents, prepare questions, and advocate for yourself. As set out in the Disclaimer, it is not medical, legal, insurance, or financial advice, and no doctor–patient, attorney–client or similar professional relationship is created.
Free intro call and paid work
- The 15-minute intro call is free and carries no obligation.
- Paid work only starts after you have received a written offer (scope, estimate and price) and accepted it together with our consulting agreement. The offer and the agreement set out fees, payment and cancellation for your engagement. Where they differ from these terms, the offer and the agreement take precedence.
- The current rate is shown on the Get Help page. Any VAT that applies to you is shown on the offer and the invoice.
Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you book paid work as a consumer, you have the following statutory right of withdrawal. You receive this information again, in text form, with your offer.
Withdrawal information
Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Resonance Insights GmbH, Gutenbergstraße 1 – Entrance B, 23611 Bad Schwartau, Germany, phone +49 451 16087696, e-mail amanda@resonanceinsights.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. If you requested us to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Early expiry. Your right of withdrawal expires early once we have fully performed the service, if we began the performance only after you had expressly agreed to this and at the same time confirmed that you are aware that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you habitually reside. We do not take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
